We have a master copy. My Instagram has been disabled or removed due to ‘copyright infringement’ by a photo of my own work

Maybe Instagram wants to strong-arm you to granting them the rights to use your original work to train their AI on...
The moderator who handled your case might have been AI as well. ;)

They’re changing their user agreement to include an AI databank. Not unreal, but unrealistic if they want to expand the databank and still ban ‘copyright content.’ Actually found out it’s not the photos of my work that’s getting struck, it’s the photos I tagged with another user that built the mold of my sculpt. He hasn’t made a claim against me, it’s either an oversight in instagram’s trademark auto moderation or another user with a bot doing some hate against his community. Got my account back after providing original photos with meta data for a stupid amount of proof.

They probably stole your work and claimed it as their own and needed to cover it up.

Wouldn’t shock me. There are thieves even in physical art communities that will steal credit for sculpts or buy ‘blanks’ make copies and sell them as their own work.
